I get the message that the VIN is incorrect. What should I do?

Please double check the VIN. A common issue is mixing up “5” with “S” or “4” with “A”. The VIN should consist of 17 characters – make sure you have not missed any of them. 

Note: Do not worry about upper or lower case – both are fine!
